{"id":3703,"date":"2019-06-13T18:50:25","date_gmt":"2019-06-13T16:50:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chateau-miglos.fr\/wordpress-test\/?page_id=3703"},"modified":"2024-10-23T01:25:43","modified_gmt":"2024-10-22T23:25:43","slug":"amenagement-du-chemin","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/chateau-miglos.fr\/wordpress-test\/amenagement-du-chemin\/","title":{"rendered":"Am\u00e9nagement du chemin&#8230; La g\u00e9n\u00e8se."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chemin autour du ch\u00e2teau\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2016, lors de notre AG, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser un sentier d&#8217;interpr\u00e9tation autour du ch\u00e2teau pour dynamiser le projet culturel qui est inscrit dans nos statuts et de cr\u00e9er une activit\u00e9 touristique autour de ce patrimoine. <strong>Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement partag\u00e9 par la Commune de Miglos, la Communaut\u00e9 des Communes du Pays de Tarascon, le Conseil d\u00e9partemental de l&#8217;Ari\u00e8ge et le Conseil  R\u00e9gional d&#8217;Occitanie. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00f4les de chacun sont clairs, une convention nous lie :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>la Commune de Miglos est le Ma\u00eetre d&#8217;ouvrage, puisque le sentier se trouve sur son territoire communal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l&#8217;AACM est le concepteur et le Ma\u00eetre d&#8217;\u0153uvre du sentier, nous v\u00e9rifions la conformit\u00e9 des travaux et nous apposons notre signature sur les factures avant que la Commune ne les r\u00e8gle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;AACM a contact\u00e9 les propri\u00e9taires des terrains sur lesquels devait passer le sentier, demand\u00e9 leur autorisation et \u00e9tabli une convention qui est sign\u00e9e par la Commune et les propri\u00e9taires. La Commune a parfois proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 des \u00e9changes entre terrains communaux et terrains priv\u00e9s pour que le trac\u00e9 du sentier soit coh\u00e9rent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financement&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Subventions (Communaut\u00e9 des communes, D\u00e9partement, R\u00e9gion).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fonds propres (Commune de Miglos, AACM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dernier trimestre 2018, toutes les aides demand\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9es. La Commune et l&#8217;AACM ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de commencer les travaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"93\" src=\"https:\/\/chateau-miglos.fr\/wordpress-test\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/bandeau-logos-chemin-1024x93.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7931\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fonctionnement du sentier :<\/strong><br> La r\u00e9alisation, le contenu et la confection des panneaux, leur emplacement sur le sentier sont du ressort exclusif de l&#8217;AACM. Le D\u00e9partement g\u00e8rera ses panneaux sur les terrains autour du ch\u00e2teau.<br>\nNous travaillons en collaboration avec le D\u00e9partement pour que tous les panneaux aient le m\u00eame graphisme sur tout le sentier d&#8217;interpr\u00e9tation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les travaux de d\u00e9broussaillage et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 sont maintenant finis !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Les travaux sur le chemin ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en partie par l&#8217;AACM et en partie par une entreprise priv\u00e9e d&#8217;insertion VVM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les travaux sur le chemin ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en partie par l&#8217;AACM et en partie par une entreprise priv\u00e9e d&#8217;insertion VVM. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Les travaux d&#8217;am\u00e9nagement avancent&#8230;
